Room Rate: of $142++/night.
Breakfast: Complimentary Hot Breakfast for Two Included in the Room Rate. Served in hotel restaurant. Monday - Friday (6:00am - 10:00am) and Saturday - Sunday (6:30am - 10:30am). Guests will be required to complete a sign-in sheet.
Group receives a 15% discount in restaurant with reunion badge. Does not include alcohol.
Cut-Off Date: 9/8/26. After the group cut-off date, the Hotel will accept additional group reservations at the contracted rate or at market rates based on room availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date or there will be a charge of one night's room plus tax.
Parking & Shuttle Information: Self-Parking is at a reduced rate of $7 per vehicle, per day. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport. For expedited pick-up at MYS Airport, after retrieving your luggage, please call the hotel directly at 504-467-3111. You will exit to "Ground Transportation", Door 3 and stand at Pillar B5 for pick-up. Departures are scheduled in 30-minute increments, at the Front Desk the day prior.
